Scientific name: Dalbergia latifolia
Description:
Heartwood s golden brown to dark purple-brown with almost black streaks.
The grain is commonly interlocked producing a narrow ribbon figure on quarter-sawn surfaces.
Machines and finishes well.
Region: India
